Going back to a plain a simple sour with this one. No hops and more significantly no fruit used in this fermentation. Virtually all other of Holy Goats brews are barrel aged and/or made with fruit, this one is a golden sour made with a couple of cultures.
First sip is satisfyingly sour but not mouth puckering, it won't make you wince too much. Classic flavours of stone fruit like and the finish is clean and very farmhouse with wheat, barley and oats shining through. Refreshing and drinkable.
It's very simple but unwavering quality from Holy Goat.
