Fruité avec de belles notes de pommes et de vin doux, belle acidité qui est crescendo et longue. Grande réussite.

Finally here! I could call this pilgrimage. 😍
Lucid, deep gold beer with astonishingly lofty carbonation unlocks a cloud-white, moussy head that shoots up to the fingers. Retention is not particularly long (good!) but a dense lace ring still adorns the top for quite some time. No splatters on the glass.
The scent is appealing: dry white wine, acidic, with a clear hint of green grape. Very faint sour peach and something citrusy that I fail to identify in more detail can be added to the list. Relatively one-dimensional though.
The palate is softer than I anticipate. I foresaw something wild and edgy but this is manageable. Green grape and hefty dry white wine constitute the first impression. And again distant sour peach shakes hands with raw green gooseberry, green apple and distinct wild yeast. Like I said, this is surprisingly easy, and flows fluently down the throat.
The body is light. The finish doesn't really deviate from the path of navigation. You know what you get at this point. A vinous sensation lingers beautifully on the tastebuds for long.
The mouthfeel is light, vinous, a tad tart and puckering but subtle and manageable and, hence, quaffable. It's also relatively acidic, funky, Belgiany. Very tasty but lacks depth.
