Every now and again, you’ve just got to head into your hop store, take a look inside and go “Yep, we’re taking the reins off for this one”. Something Everywhere takes this and bolts out of the stable, taking three of our favourite varietals and cramming them into a huge DDH IPA. Letting a 20kg hop charge of El Dorado take the lead on this beer with all its bright and punchy ripe mango notes, we’ve followed this up with equal 15kg additions of Mosaic and Vic Secret to bring all manner of tangerine, bubblegum, pineapple, pine and passionfruit vibes to this utterly silly beer. All wrapped up in a warm hug of our bespoke LA3 yeast strain for maximum suspension and fluffiness, this beer is big, bombastic, juicy, and 100% Polly’s.
