Past post from earlier visit to 8th Wonder Brewery. This is a throwback tribute to the Houston Astrodome sometimes called the "8th Wonder of the World" when it was built. Many of "8th Wonders" beers are dedicated to that theme. Deep yellow color, lightly hazy. Small foam head. Sweet aroma but undistinguished. Very light and crisp texture, a little sour on the flavor side. Distinct citrus flavor, perhaps grapefruit. A mild bitter finish. Not a powerful brew, so you could drink a lot of this, especially with a meal or a ballgame.
