A kettle-sourced, lactose infused Golden Ale brewed with fresh lime zest and lemongrass to taste biscuity and strongly of lime...just like a key lime pie.

Flight 1/6:
Totally cloudy, amber beer with decent, sustained carbonation creates a tame, velvety, off-white, almost bald head that only bears a thin lace ring wafting on top for long.
The nose gets excited of the tart fruity scent, displaying hefty lime zest, distinct grapefruit juice and a tad sweeter pomelo. Truly summery, sour-juicy aroma that brings to mind an impression of sunny surf beach in California.
The tastebuds seek for refuge from the strong sour grapefruit zest and massive lime squeeze, topped up by a wee bit of sweeter blood grapefruit and pomelo as well as distinctly identifiable lemon pulp and peel. Delicious, puckering taste that one wants to continue keeping in mouth forever.
The light-bodied beer ends with substantially sour, fruity citrusy aftertaste. The finish offers a particularly colossal zesty nectar that has been mixed of lime, lemon and grapefruit. The aftertaste kicks the taste receptors for some time.
The mouthfeel is strongly tart and relatively puckering, a tad dry and also rather light. It's also exceptionally summery and refreshing, as well as really juicy.
A top beer to start with!
