Canned on 5.1.2023 Oily thick. Dark brown colour. Almost no foam: 3/5 Ohhhh, yeesss now we're talking. The scent is delicious with both coconut and softness from the bourbon fitting extremely well with the distinct Noa pecan aromas. Lovely stuff: 4,5/5 Mouthfeel is very full, creamy velvety with elegant alcohol warmth. Although, I feel that something's missing. Can't really tell what it is, but this is not perfect. Perhaps it's the lack of barrel touch? 4,5/5 The taste is strong with chocolate and pecan flavours with sweetness and coconut. Barrel unfortunately doesn't shine that much. Only in the aftertaste, there's a touch of it: 12,5/15 At the first sniff, I thought I'd have something truly special in the glass but to be fair, this isn't that much of a Woah after all. The beer pretty much stays the same the whole time and somewhat lacks the bourbon barrel. Though, I must say the aftertaste is really good. Nevertheless, tasty tasty beer once again from Omnipollo. Full of flavours and relatively easy to drink with this strength. Maybe my review sounds harsher than I truly feel about this because I think this beer is wonderful big pastry stout!😛16,5/20 =41/50
