The Mid-Atlantic Ridge is where two tectonic plates meet at almost the midpoint between America and Scotland. With this geological symmetry in mind, we've created a union between American Amarillo and British hops to produce a distinctive US style ale with Scottish origins, quaffable with a seismic depth of flavour.
