Another amber hued beer. Allows a lot of light go through. This is supposed to be a Blanche. Meaning Witbier. A pure white, moussy lace ring forms on the top. No real head in the actual meaning of the word. Still, retention is reasonably long. Orange peel and wheat malt give their nuances to my nose. We are on the right track, I'd say. And again, maybe I'll come back to this section when the beer is slightly warmer... [Later] Indeed, apricot is there, too. The taste is spritzy. No, that's the mouthfeel. Anyway, malty, wheat predominantly. Bags of citruses, like lemon pulp and pith as well as the already familiar orange peel. It can't be missed although it doesn't dominate. A bit of apricot, as well, can be spotted. Summery feeling! Wait! Yes, a suggestion of white pepper wants to join the show. The body is light. The finish doesn't really give anything new; same same. The mouthfeel is light, a tad dry, refreshing, summery. Did I say it already? Summery. And spritzy. Fruity Blanche, not bad at all.
