Low in alcohol, balanced acidity, and built for the table, these are beers we like to keep in the fridge, ready to pair with nearly any cuisine, at any time throughout the year. Presenting a brilliant straw yellow with a billowing white foam cap, Bloodroot is our third entry into the series. Persimmon, jasmine flower tea, lemon zest, and a slight mineral character greet the nose. Finishing dry, with a subtle tannic structure and scrubbing effervescence, Bloodroot is a pleasure to drink.
