Wow this really brought back memories of going to a fairground and all the sweet smells from the stalls, especially candy floss. Absolutely beautiful example of of what can be done with a Pale and another great beer by Pollys

Second time around - by accident - just as good. Light easy going and refreshing with melon and pear flavours at the forefront. Not overly complex or thick.

Quite a sweet taste but a gentle bitterness for balance and a burst of bitterness on the backend. Won't be for everyone this due to the sweetness. It's a definite summer beer this. Has almost a DDH twang to it. The sweetness did dampen as it was initially like neat orange cordial. Again another lovely beer.
