Belle mousse crémeuse, des notes de café légères.

Brussels beer project's Salvation. This has been co-created with Editors, a band in UK. No barcode on the bottle. It pours black in color with nearly two fingers thick beige head which settles slowly into thin carpet leaving some dotted lacing on the sides. Aroma is of roasted malts and coffee, some chocolate, orange and citrus. Salted liquorice in the background and I get some earl grey vibes also. Flavour is just slightly sweet with orange, citrus, coffee but hardly any chocolate but more of that salted liquorice on the palate and that earl grey. A bit bitter in the end. Unfortunately flavour vanishes quickly turning into watery. The body is just too light. Good things here but falls short.

Magnifique robe noir avec une.belle mousse couleur brune. Au nez le thé nous envahit les narines. Et en bouche le côté torréfié cacao est bien présent et ce léger goût de thé arrive en fin de bouche ce qui permet d'adoucir le tout splendide
