For this collab with our friends from Hoppy Road (Nancy, France) we decided to pair French and American varieties that should complement each other very well. We paired Citra (US) and Mistral (Fr) in the first dry hop for that fresh, citrus, tropical kick and combined Strata (US) with Barbe Rouge (Fr) for a hit of red fruits, strawberry and dankness in the second dryhop. It Takes Two To Tango after all!
