750ml green glass, cork and cage; pours a clear golden, sediments in bottle, white head, gentle carbonation; on the nose wild funk horse blanket with stewed apples, cooked applesauce and hints of caramel sweetness; in the mouth dry and refreshing, apple juice and leather, tannic finish to a juicy anf fruity light to medium body, lingering dry and apple aftertaste; overall a great example of a French cidre: juicy and sweet, tannic and dry - perfect and all with a medium ABV!
