Une robe orange hazy et mousse blanche. En bouche c’est une tuerie, des fruits du houblon, un équilibre au top ! Amertume parfaite ! Bref Polly’s !!! 🍺

Tropical, weed and citrus hoppiness on the nose, opaque and pale. Dank resinous and funky tropical on the tongue. The dankness overwhelms the fruit and leaves it all very funky hoppy. Probably lead and caused by Strata and Motueka hops with Simcoe trying to break through with softer fruits. A grapefruit sharpness cuts through and I feel like more fruits would be revealed after the beer has more time to breathe and warm up a bit. Though Simcoe and Motueka strike up some sort of tropical alliance. Silky smooth with medium body and a fairly long finish.
