The Deugniet is brewed with natural ingredients and slowly matured in the cellars of the brewery. This beautiful Triple is both fruity (pear, citrus, mandarin) and slightly floral (lime - acacia). It’s sweet, rich without being too alcoholic. It shows a nice balance with elegant bitterness. A cozy, well balanced beer.

Der Schaum steht wie eine Eins, nicht ganz blank. Der Antrunk offenbart Honig, helles Malz und eine ordentliche Carbonisierung, ganz gute Säure, süffig und ziemlich rund. Danach bleibt dieses Bier im Haupttrunk aber auch irgendwie stecken. Die Choreographie passt nicht mehr. Die Bittere fehlt, die Säure bleibt. Etwas mühsam schwingt es sich sehr langsam zu einem schwachen bitteren Finish auf, das auf halbem Wege stecken bleibt. Da gibt es erheblich bessere.

La deugniet est une triple belge à 7,5 degrés. L'équilibre est parfait et la puissance est maîtrisée. On notera en bouche une amertume légère mélangée à des notes fruitées. Très agréable. A tester !
