Mild und süffig, vom An- bis zum Nachttrunk. Sanfte Biere sind ja ganz im Kommen, genau wie alkohollastige Experimentiergetränke. Die solide Mittelklasse, besonders das Pilsner und auch das klassische Export, ist nicht mehr so sehr im Fokus der Entwicklungen. Das Bier schmeckt nicht schlecht, hat aber keine Spezifika und ist mir persönlich zu nichtssagend. Wie schon beim Lager gesagt, die Einbecker machen viel bessere Biere als dieses Modegetränk.
