Beat of the Burn is our latest iteration of this technique in action – utilizing Idaho 7 as our base and biggest layer, to express those incredible mango and pink grapefruit notes, before our middle addition of Mosaic brings those unique bubblegum, tangerine, and berry notes that only Mosaic can, before our smallest addition of El Dorado exhibits some extreme high juice tropical notes – think pineapple, pear and watermelon.

Début du dernier week-end ici. Ça commence par une bière fantastique, pas espagnole mais fantastique.

Canned about 3 weeks ago.
Aroma: A wide range of fruits, mostly tropical.
Taste: Citrus (from lemon to orange), stone fruits (mangoes, peach, apricot, coconut etc), various berries. Piney/resinous. Juicy but bitter.
What a lovely beer to enjoy fresh!

Very pale and opaque with minimal head retention after the initial pour. Delicate but fresh aromas of tangerine, melon, pear and pineapple.
Thin and soft mouthfeel, light body and a medium to short finish. Balanced if not confused concoction of flavours. Light pink grapefruit stabs the tongue first followed by a mild funk of pineapple, pear and melon. It's quite a gentle brew but still hoppy featuring Citra, El Dorado, Mosaic and a focus on Idaho 7.
It's summut a bit different whilst still a NEIPA. Soft and juicy in a high juice hoppy manner. The finish builds with subsequent sips, leaving a tang that's almost condusive with resinous dankness. I assume this is Citra's influence.
This is a brew that keeps giving, although it's not outstandingly deep and juicy to begin with, subtlety builds gradually into a truly balanced brew as the confusion clears and flavours dissect. The pear/melon flavours lifts the brew and it actually ends up being deep and beautiful once you let it bloom. Idaho 7 celebration indeed.
