🇸🇯/🇧🇪 top cette collab entre lervig et la brasserie de la senne. On est sur une bière légèrement houblonnée. L'ensemble est léger, rafraîchissant et désaltérant.

Lervig Soup du Jour Die Tagessuppe von Lervig ist ein Grisette in sonnengoldener, leicht trüber Optik mit cremigem, weißem Schaum. Die Nase bietet pures, cremiges Solero Eis in Perfektion. Der Antrunk ist sehr weich und cremig, zudem aber leicht wässrig bzw eher schlank gehalten. Die Soleroeisnoten sind zwar erkennbar aber nun gedämpfter. Würze oder Hopfenbitterkeit sind abgängig. Definitiv ein feines Bierchen für den Sommer.

Body is very light straw yellow, almost too light, with less than trace elements of white head. Scent is wheat, barley and dry stonefruit, peach mostly but a little grapefruit I think too. Mouthfeel is peculiar, a little thin and light but still with decent carbonation. Taste is a tango between the peach and grapefruit but with a little citrus hops coming into play. A nice mix of Pale ale and weiss profiles, a successful experiment.
