The work of Barrel Master is a labor of love. Patiently tending the beers as they rest in wood. We've kept a watchful eye on Vinum Maximus, our new Barley Wine series. This one aged for over 12 months in French cognac barrels. Barreling provides hints on candied apple and vanilla, some dried fruits and accompanied with those signature spicy floral aromas from the Rye Wine.
