Two more for the road. I don't come here every week anyway.
Just read Orson's review. Haha. Looking forward to sipping. Sounds pervy. Who the hell wants to blend cider and lambic? Obviously some borderline case in Brussels. Ok, I'm a guinea pig.
Relatively misty, yellow is the hue. A reasonable, subdued, tiny-bubbled head emerges on the top. And then descends.
Wild yeast is astonishingly brave in the air. Lambicky notes indeed! Wheat malt, lemon zest, apple juice. Pineapple, too. A small vibe of grapefruit. Quite attractive!
This is getting interesting! Let me now dig my tongue in this. Fruity as hell! Lemon zest in abundance, apple is also depictable. Indeed cidery. And yes, wild yeast can't be missed here! Very innovative! Goes nicely for a Fruited Lambic. Hybrid again.
Light-bodied is this blend anyway. The finish carries the same familiar nuances as upfront. Lingers long in the mouth.
The mouthfeel is light, juicy, Belgiany, dry and drying. Funky it is. To a certain extent. I like this albeit I can't compare this with "real" Lambics. Curiosity.

Siideri Lambicia.
