Hedelmäinen, keskimakea, syvää hedelmäisyyttä. Humalaa paljon.

Pale and yet deep in tropical colour with visible carbonation and decent head retention after a fast pour. Big pineapple on the nose with apricot and fresh hops aroma with no early alcohol coming off this 8.9% double dry hop double ipa beast. It smells rich and inviting. Idaho 7, Mosaic, Nelson Sauvin and Talus hops come together in a quartet of silky pineapple. It covers the alcohol quite well but you can sense it in the body and taste it in the finish. This brew is very soft, very smooth with medium full body and a medium length finish. The flavour isn't sharp with citrus nor does it standout in an intensely juicy manner as much as Polly's says it does, I find it sits back like it's been mellowed by ice cream. Pineapple, apricot are most notable supported by hints of peach, grape, papaya and mango. My only concern is that it's slightly subdued for the high abv. If you ignore the ABV and focus on the flavour, particularly early on into your sips, that is when you can pick up on just how fruity these hops really are. Also, the more you drink it and after being out to breathe the hoppiness develops further. The selection of hops is expertly done. In fact, the last few sips of the glass are the best, not common with most beers, juice and hops are turned up to quash all concerns! The take away is the silkiness of this beer and the harmonious hop line up. A big beer for big fans of pineapple, apricot and cream!

Samea, keltainen. Pienet valkeat vaahdot. Tuoksu greippinen. Maku kuiva greippinen ja humalainen. Hedelmäisyyttä ja neulasta. Aika tiukka humalointi(BB8/8/22) Miellyttävä olut.
