With whirlpool additions of Ekuanot and Columbus, and dry-hop additions of Polly’s favourites Citra and Simcoe, as well as a whisper of more Ekuanot and Columbus, this beer has all the juicy notes of a classic Polly’s beer, but with a clean and crisp finish to boot.
