Opaque deep amber in colour with aromas of grapefruit, lime, satsuma, pineapple, apricot and passionfruit from the lively and fresh hops.
Very soft but also with a noticeable gentle carbonation in the mouth. Medium body and a medium finish, it's silky smooth which makes the in mouth carbonation a contrast. Passionfruit and pineapple lead the charge in the juice front but these flavours aren't sharp. They are backed up by citrus notes of grapefruit, lime and satsuma underlined by an subdued peachy apricot element.
It's balanced on the whole but this amalgamation has a tang to it and a lack of citrus stab or a deeper creamyness leaves it as a soft tangy juice that's almost dank. Citra, Idaho 7, Mosaic and Talus create this tropical double dry hop pale ale concoction and hoppy it is with rich and deep flavours even with its relatively low ABV of 5.5%.
