The beer is clear gold. Looks flawless. The carbonation is reasonable but surprisingly long-lasting. A spongy, pure white head increases up to two fingers but descends soon to below one finger where it's sustained for quite a long time. Eventually, the foamy lid melts even lower but leaves a soapy lace ring on the sides. My first impression of the scent is faint honey. However, the second and subsequent sniffs hide the honey and dig out pale malt with a marginal bready hint instead. I can't sense hops in the air. The taste is impotent but understandable for the ABV. What follows is pale malt with a bready, and why not also biscuity, note. The hoppy sector is identifiable albeit weak. The body is thin. The end is no different from upfront. The mouthfeel is thin, clean, balanced, refreshing, modestly dry and equally slightly drying. Overall, a very nice clean-profiled beer in the 0.0 % category.
