Making chicken pot pie for dinner. These are going down with it. Good stuff

So today is National Beer Day in the US and I had a great experience. Went to my local brewery, Back Forty Brewing, at lunch time but they don't open till 5:00. Sitting at a picnic table I met Michael, their Cellerman. We started talking beer and he asked me if I had tried their latest beer in the tap room. I said no. So he unlocks the door and takes me inside the brewery. Once there he hands me a can of Lemon/Blueberry Mosa right off the production line. Said they had just started canning this today and it won't go into distribution for at least another 2 weeks. You can't even buy this in the brewery yet. What a rare experience he gave to me. This will be the freshest beer out of a can I have ever had. Has a deep purple color, hazy to the point of being opaque. Even the thick, frothy head is purple. Strong lemon aroma. A tangy lemon is up front slowly allowing the blueberry flavor to appear in the middle. Finish turns more lemon peal, slightly bitter and the blueberry becomes more tart. The color makes you believe that the blueberry will be dominant but it's not. Lemon is the stronger flavor with blueberry following its lead. A well made beer that is both tasty and refreshing. Not my favorite style of beer, but for people who enjoy Brut beers, I think they will definitely enjoy this one. ( I should give this a 5.0 because of the special circumstances Michael gave to me. Got to love Back Forty. )
