Lambic blend with blue honeysuckle, or haskap, berries.
For the past two years, we’ve been making a fruited blend with Camerise berries in small quantities. These berries are slightly sweet with a beautiful acidity.
We didn’t have to look very far for a its new name... a blue fruit that makes a blood-red beer: Sang Bleu. Our friend Ammo has outdone himself once again, creating a superb new label to go with its new name.

Rubiininpunainen, vahva kolmen sormen vaahto, laskee seminopeasti tarraamatta.

Cask; pours a deep hazy ruby, light pink head, lacing present; on the nose unmistakably Cantillon 🤤 tart, fruity and juicy, hints of red berries and grapes; in the mouth gently tartness balanced with dry red fruit, lingering tart aftertaste, light to medium body, aged to perfection; overall- well you either pray at the altar of Cantillon or you don’t, this is for the religious! Take me to church!!!!
