Ein angenehmer bitter herber Nachhall welcher schön an meiner doch schon abgenutzten Zunge kleben bleibt. Abgefüllt in der 0,75l Profi-Klasse. So sollte ein India Ale schmecken. Удивили! Подарили на день рождения, давно хотел попробовать. Мутноватый эль с видимой глазом мелкодисперсной взвесью, цвет калининградского янтаря. Шапка белейшая, высокая, стойкая. Аромат стоматологического кабинета и кизилового, мать его!, варенья, немного карамели, зелёного крыжовника и физалиса, да и мёд вылезает. Это самый сумашедший аромат встреченный мной за вообще! Всё гармонично, вызывает оторопь без неприятия, как первый раз увидеть человека и понять, что вы подружитесь. Мягкий глоток с комфортной карбонизацией. Кондитерский, в основном, вкус оттеняется лёгкими цитрусами, ирисками, смесью разных видов перца. Горечь комфортна. В послевкусии приходит лёгкое жжение по всей поверхности контакта с пивом, от губ через дёсны и язык к глотке и пищеводу. Каждый тик сопровождается подтеканием слюны, микросглатывания освежают послевкусие, отдающее афтершоками ощущений царивших ранее. В этой бутылке 750 мл и с дюжину разных эмоций. Шикарный подарок! Surprised! Got it for my birthday; I've been wanting to try it for ages. A cloudy ale with visible fine particles, the color of Kaliningrad amber. The cap is white, high, and persistent. The aroma is of a dentist's office and, damn, dogwood jam, a touch of caramel, green gooseberries and physalis, and even a hint of honey. This is the craziest aroma I've ever encountered! Everything is harmonious, it's awe-inspiring without being unpleasant, like seeing someone for the first time and realizing you'll become friends. A smooth sip with comfortable carbonation. The predominantly confectionary flavor is offset by light citrus, toffee, and a mixture of different types of pepper. The bitterness is comfortable. The aftertaste leaves a slight burn across the entire surface of contact with the beer, from the lips through the gums and tongue to the throat and esophagus. Each tic is accompanied by a trickle of saliva, micro-swallows refreshing the aftertaste, reminiscent of aftershocks of the sensations that preceded it. This bottle holds 750 ml and a dozen different emotions. A gorgeous gift!

Maisel & Friends | India Ale Markus statt Stefan…. ….zeichnet für das nun schlicht “India Ale” genannte IPA verantwortlich. Orangen, süße florale Noten und ein wenig Malz im Hintergrund kann ich von diesem hell bernsteinfarbenen, trüben IPA riechen. Der Antrunk ist wieder süß floral und bringt zudem Aromen von Orangen, Mango und Grapefruit hervor, bevor es ein wenig bitterer wird. Die Süße ist aber weiter vordergründig und bekommt nur zum Finale von einer dezenten Bittere Konkurrenz. Das India Ale ist ein prima Einsteiger-IPA und zudem ein unkomplizierter Genuss.
