Kurzer Schaum, trüb im Glas mit Schwebeteilchen bzw. Flocken, brotartiger Geruch, kräftiger und süffiger Antrunk, spannendes und sehr gutes Kellerbier. Lecker!

Sehr hefig, weil ordentlich Hefe-Plocken im Glas. Und das schmeckt dann auch "hefig". Duftet "interessant", ist ein "ordentliches" Bier, kommt aber nicht auf meine Favoriten -Liste.
