Here I go again 🇨🇭👍🏻 Very long day today, now some quality time! Self-made flight of five. Beer 1/5. Pours lucid amber. A creamy, velvety head falls short of one finger. Retention is medium. The scent is quite fruity and soft: I get apricot, biscuit malt and resin. The gustatory provision contains apricot, sweet biscuit and a good load of malt. Also a suggestion of orange peel. Follows pretty closely what the scent suggests. The body is light-medium. The finish tweaks more in a piney and resinous direction without compromising the evident orange peel and grapefruit either. The mouthfeel is light-medium, first soft and smooth but turns fast crisp and piney. It's dry and drying as well as old-school-ish.
