Pour la fête 🥳 des 7 ans de la brasserie aujourd'hui, je vais faire une soirée dégustation Basqueland. Je commence par une West coast assez simple. Dry-Hop : Rakau, The Bruce, Pacifica et Waimea.

🇪🇦🇪🇦 pas mal amère, de belles notes houblonées, mais c'est assez court en bouche. Mais c'est pas mal quand même.
