With my son-in-law out brewery hopping in Houston. Next stop is Galveston Bay Brewing, having one of their signature wee heavy beers. This is truly incredible. Took their Bull Shark beer and amplified it into this Megalodon 10% brew. Dark brown opaque color with a small amount of thick foam. Has sweet notes of wine. Tons of sweet flavor overwhelm you with this intense super Scottish ale beer. Strong sweet caramel, lightly roasted malt. Malossas blends effortless into a lambrusco red wine finish. With a full beer menu available to me, I decide to have a second glass of this. It's that good. I'm trying my best not to do this but I can't help myself. 5.0.
