A new beer @ Les Brasseurs. Tripel. Hazy, mango pulp colored beer. A silky moussy foam today exceeds one finger and dissolves to a dense lacing on the top. Soft wheat biscuit with a fruity touch lingers in the air. Fairly restrained though. The tastebuds love the velvety flavors of wheat biscuit, mango, apricot, honeydew and banana. Astonishingly fruity actually. And seductive! The body is full. The finish is basically identical to upfront, very fruity and soft wheaty, but also portrays a tiny bitter hint. Medium duration. The mouthfeel is full, velvety, soft, smooth and gentle. It’s relatively tropical, as well, which is an unexpected characteristic in Tripel. Looks like this is so far the best «Les Brasseurs» beer 👍🏻

Bière amère sur la bouche vraiment pas ouf c’est pas une triple trop fruité et amer on a pas l’impression de boire une bonne triple belge

Sans hésiter la meilleure Blanche que j'ai bu, très bien équilibré entre goût et force, plutôt rare pour une Blanche d'avoir les caractéristiques d'une Triple mais sans le malte et le caramel, c'est frais et estival mais ça tape ;)

Belle couleur dorée, trouble, la coriandre et la fleur d’orangé annoncés sont bien présent ainsi qu’une légère amertume
