DDH Foggy DIPA with Mosaic, Simcoe, Galaxy & Nectaron AROMA: pineapple, nectarine FLAVOR: orange, sparkling blood orange soda, strawberry, mango RAD DETAILS: Maris Otter and 2-row make up the base malt for a little bit more emphasis on a malt backbone, Mosaic incognito in the whirlpool to create a fruity and somewhat dank hop saturated wort, and heavily dry hopped twice with some very punchy and aromatic hops both old school and new.
