An American IPA in the truest sense. The straightforward Oka Uba is loaded up with classic hops at the end of the boil and then dry hopped for an earthy and slightly citrusy flavor and aroma. This gorgeous IPA illuminates an orange and red hue in the light.

Using my third chalice of the day. Now watching LSU take the lead over Mississippi State. Good game, anybody could pull this one out.
A light orange yellow color, very little ahead on the pour. Citrus aroma. Moderate hop bitterness. Flavor is a combination of Florida citrus fruits. Grapefruit, navel orange, and notes of lemon. Some sugar may have been added since this seems sweeter than a normal citrus. Very smooth combination, somewhat soft. Finish adds some dryness in the end.
Pretty good IPA for me since the bitterness level is very subdued and the citrus is very refreshing. I also enjoyed the soft smooth texture.
