Small head, dissipates completely. Very dark brown in color. Roasted malt aroma, sweet like molasses. Texture is thin and crisp. Dark roasted malt flavor, starts with a little woodsy bitterness. Slowly brings the finish with a raw bittersweet cocoa. Late finish leaves only a mild bitter aftertaste. All together it's a decent porter. Think of a traditional porter with a touch of bittersweet raw cocoa added.
