Aroma: Nice vanilla aroma with cocoa, coffee, bourbon and lots of maple syrup. Mouthfeel: Low carbonated, quite sweet, smooth, balanced, rich and easy to drink. Taste: Bourbon, wood, maple syrup, chocolate, cocoa and vanilla. Aftertaste is smooth, dry and woody. A little bit too woody for me but otherwise very good and balanced imperial stout.
