Not bad tbf, a dark amber colour. Very hoppy with a strong citrus flavour, unbalanced but enjoyable nonetheless.

Rather clear, deep amber beer fills the pint. Carbonation is regular. The emerging foamy lid is superthick, extraordinarily moussy. Long retention. Very citrusy scent. Grapefruit zest and pith for sure, lemon as well. Resin is somewhat ample there. Quite classical West Coast style. The tongue likes those flavors that we used to know in Pale Ales: grapefruit peel is number one, grapefruit zest follows behind. Pine needle and powerful resin flavors can't be missed either. Old-school C hops obviously. The body is light to light-medium. The finish is identical to the actual taste. Medium duration. Stray cat strut, the aftertaste's a ladies cat; a feline Casanova, hey man, that's that; get a shoe thrown at it from a mean old man, get the dinner from a garbage can. The mouthfeel is light-medium, crisp and a tad piney. It's relatively dry and drying and, simultaneously, clean and classical. Characterful, I must say.
