This Polish mead pours clear, gold with no carbonation and no head. (The green glass may distort the appearance in the picture). The fragrance puts forward slightly vinous honey. The gustatory profile is simple and anticipated: massively sweet honey juice with a recognizeable vinous twist. The mead keeps the tastebuds glued for a short period. The mouthfeel is sappy and heavily lip-glueing, which doesn't really come as surprise. The mouthfeel is also a bit vinous and somewhat thick. Yet manageable. Very desserty indeed.
