Saison/farmhouse isn’t my choice of style But I’m only having a few so thought would try a different style from a new brewery. It’s a good traditional saison, has the yeasty tartness you would expect, the citrus tones from the bergamot are light and lingering It’s a good beer, just not for me Will look for others from Holy Goat as they expand their range
