On kevyttä, jopa niin kevyttä että tulee vähän mieleen tietyt alkoholittomat oluet. Tosi helppo, raikas, vähän maltainen, makeahko ja pehmeä. Lopulta ihan jees, varsinkin jos olisi alkoholiton. Nyt tietysti odottaa enemmän. Ei mitenkään perus lagerin makuinen.

After reading an entire book on the culture of Hanoi Tank Beer I felt like I knew the style already. When I saw that it had been replicated by Northern Monk it just had to be tried. Ok, so these guys are using fresh crafty hops unlike in Hanoi but they’ve nailed the style explicitly. It’s light, grassy and fresh with high carbonation. The vinous fruity aroma just adds to the appeal. This is a guzzler!
