Es ist warm und ich hab nicht viel Lust zu schreiben sondern lieber zu trinken. Das Hollyrood IPA habe ich aus Edinburg mitgebracht. Im Glas sieht es nicht so toll aus, eher dunkel irgendwie. Dafür schmeckt es schon nach Pfirsich und Aprikosen. Die Bitterkeit ist angenehm. Schön süffig ist es auch. Schönes erfrischendes IPA aus Schottland.
