This is my very first gruit beer. Always trying to branch out. This has a lavender, honey, light spruce and a tart berry taste (looked at ingredients - elderberry). I’m sure there is some malt there but it’s hidden from the previous. It’s really kind of sweet and tart overall. I definitely need more experience with these but they are not found here in the states much. In fact this one is from Germany. Take my review as it is - my first gruit.
