Another Duo beer with my son-in-law in Houston. This is a Kennesaw Georgia beer that I took to him and we will rate together. Nice size head but it disappeared pretty quick. Aroma is of charred malt. It has a soft texture but not creamy. The taste again is a strong charred malt with a raw cocoa bitterness. Finish has the same qualities, very dry and over quickly. Overall, I would have thought this is more of a brown ale than an oatmeal stout. Very good but not at all what you would expect.
