In tradition with the classic German Märzen styles originally served at Oktoberfest. Mild hopping compliment the rich combination of Pilsner, Vienna and Munich malts which give this brew its beautiful light copper color. Lederhosen not required (although encouraged).

At my daughter and son-in-law's in Houston Texas having an Oktoberfest from Fredericksburg Texas. Brewed by the German purity law of 1516.
Clear light orange color. No head. Sweet caramel aroma. The taste brings a dark fruit, mostly ripe dates, very subtle, followed by creamy German Marzen. Mildly sweet, finishing roasted light malt.
