We start with a rich, roasty porter and combine it with Puerto Rican coffee beans, supplied by our friends at Gustos! located in magnificent San Juan. Gustos Coffee Co. doesn't just roast a beautiful cup of coffee they provide for their community as well with their Gustos Coffee Foundation which serves to help the Coffee Farmers with education, healthcare, and overall farming assistance in Yauco, Puerto Rico.

Watching the Astros in the first game of the World series with my son-in-law while in Houston. Go Astros.
Surprised that there's almost no head to this. Opaque brown color. Soft smooth texture while still crisp. Biting roasted bitter coffee that has hints deep down of a pinch of sugar. Drifts into a cold bitter morning coffee brew that is made to wake you up.
