Getting ready for the Astros first ball game in the World series tonight. With my son-in-law trying the third of an Ingenious Brewing series of breakfast cereal beers. No head on this brew. Aroma is sweet milk chocolate and alcohol. Thick as syrup, coats the mouth. Surgery milk chocolate followed by pure grain alcohol attacks the senses. Holds your attention while a vanilla creamy joins the mixture in the finish. This is fabulous. My kind of dessert stout. May have to try pouring this over some ice cream. Yum!!!
