An Oktoberfest that I found from Kennesaw Georgia, Dry County Brewing. Great name.
Nice fluffy orange head, didn't stay around too long. Color is a clear deep orange. Sweet malt aroma, has a breath of lemon. Texture is light, smooth and very drinkable. A modest amount of flavor gives a delicious sweet malt blended with biscuit, very lightly toasted. Only in the finish do I get a whiff of Marzen only to disappear and be replaced by a mild dry bitter ending encouraging another Stein.
This is a pretty good beer, shy, gentle and easy to drink. Don't get any of the 6% alcohol so if you're planning on a big day enjoying plenty of Oktoberfest beers, this one could sneak up on you.
