This dark, coffee-colored India style black ale pours a rocky, light tan head.  You’ll find the perfect balance from the sweet, caramel malts followed by a piney flavor from the Columbus & Cascade hops with the spiciness of rye malt.  The smooth body leaves a long-lasting hoppy and dry finish.  If I were stranded on a deserted island this would be the beer I would wish to have on tap!
