Légère mousse au service qui s’estompe plus ou moins rapidement. Amertume légère au nez. En revanche en bouche elle est très amère.

IPA surprenante : très maltée pour une IPA, un petit goût de pin/résineux, et enfin le houblon qui arrive ! Très bonne !

Rustique et brave... L'attaque est floral, herbacée, pin et résineux. Le final est sur une légère amertume sèche. Par contre je retrouve pas les épices annoncé. IPA bien rustique, mais agréable.
