Renovation cider 🔨🪚📐 It's a limpid gold cider with oppressed carbonation. A mediocre white lacing forms on the top and then dies quickly away. The scent is like medium-dry pear juice, accompanied by a bit of sour apple juice. The taste identity follows suit: pear is zesty and surprisingly sour. Apple juice is in minority and matches the sourness of the supply. The finish dries the gums strongly. The mouthfeel is thin – which is the weakest link here –, zesty, a bit tart, dry and drying. Even astringent. A 🇫🇮 perry made of 🇫🇮 pears (90 % of the juice base, the rest is apple) is not too common. +0.4 extra stars for that.
